Our Mission and Vision

Purpose: We exist to facilitate wealth and value creation in the community.

Vision: We aim to unlock purpose in others so that they can invest back into the community. We create wealth (knowledge, training and compassion) within those seeking to work in our local community so that they can deposit back into others the wealth we create within them. 

Values: This movement of wealth is important to us because at the core of our principles are the Christian values we adhere to. We respect and care for individuals because they are first human before they are our employee or client.   

Investor in people principles: We invest in our staff to make sure our community receives the best possible care. We ensure our employees receive the best training, pay and benefits possible so that they can transfer the same ethos to the clients they work with. 

Empowerment: Because of the company's purpose for existence, our work is never done until we have equipped and empowered our staff to operate from the highest possible place too; Purpose.

Satisfaction: When staff are valued and respected, they inevitably equip and empower our clients to live more independent and fulfilling lives. Our satisfaction therefore comes from an equipped and empowered workforce and clientele.
